ClearPath Immigration Singapore ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.
When you use our website, enquiry form, or free assessment, we may collect: your name, email address, and phone number; information about your immigration status, employment, income range, and family situation that you choose to provide; and details of your enquiry. We only collect what we need to help with your Singapore PR enquiry.
We use your personal data to: respond to your enquiry; assess your PR eligibility and provide guidance; prepare and support your PR application if you engage us; and communicate with you about your case. We use your data only for these purposes, and only for marketing if you have separately agreed to it.
We collect and use your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit our forms. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (below); we will then stop using your data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We apply reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled storage. Only authorised personnel can access your data. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We do not share your data except where necessary to provide our service (for example, secure software providers who host our systems) or where required by law. Any such providers are bound to protect your data. We do not submit anything to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) without your review and approval.
Some of our service providers may store data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data from prospects who do not engage us is deleted after 12–24 months. Client data is retained for a reasonable period after your case closes, then securely deleted.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of it, or withdraw consent to its use. To do so, contact our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and within 30 days where required.
For any questions, requests, or concerns about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@clearpathimmigration.sg.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
ClearPath is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ICA, and all PR approval decisions are made solely by ICA.
