Singapore PR Cost for Families

By Marcus Tan Updated 5 July 2026 7 min read

For a family Singapore PR application in 2026, the only government cost is SGD 100 per applicant paid directly to ICA — everything else is optional agency help. This guide breaks down exactly what a family should budget, with no hidden extras.

The government fee (fixed, per person)

ICA charges SGD 100 per applicant at application. For a family of four (two parents, two children) that's SGD 400 paid directly to ICA. There's also a fee at the approval/collection stage for identity cards and re-entry permits. These government fees are the same whoever submits your application.

Agency fees (optional, and where transparency matters)

This is where costs vary wildly and where many agencies stay vague. ClearPath publishes everything:

  • Free assessment — an honest read on your family's chances.
  • DIY package — the full document toolkit if you'd rather self-submit.
  • Individual plan — one fully-managed applicant.
  • Family plan — up to four members, with a small add-on for each additional applicant.

The government's SGD 100 per person is always shown separately — we never fold it into our fee to look cheaper.

What families should budget

Add the fixed government fees (SGD 100 × number of applicants, plus approval-stage fees if granted) to whichever service option you choose. That's the whole picture — there's nothing else to discover on invoice day.

Every price is on our pricing page, and you can check your family's chances first with the free assessment.
